Who we are
The Emerging Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturers Network (EBPMN), registered office in Mumbai, India, with its Secretariat at Instituto Butantan, São Paulo, Brazil. Contact: connect@ebpmn.tech.
What we collect
Only the data you enter in the contact and membership forms: name, email, position, organisation, location and the content of your message or application.
Why
To answer your enquiry, assess membership applications and, where you are a member, manage the membership relationship. The legal basis is your consent and, for applications, the steps you request before entering into membership (LGPD art. 7, I and V; GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
Retention and sharing
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 24 months afterwards. Data is not sold. It is shared only with the Secretariat staff and Board members who need it, and with our email and hosting providers.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by writing to connect@ebpmn.tech.
